Sony Electronics Sales Tool.

User experience design driven by in-store user observation.

Challenge: Create concept piece for proposal to Sony Retail Online Experience, that provides a deep level of consumer engagement with certain high profile Sony Electronic products as well as functioning as a guided sales tool for said products with only two days to deliver. 
Process: Field trip a walk through of the existing Sony Retail Experience currently rolled out in 300+ Best Buy retail locations.
Results: An engagement that highlights the usefulness of key product features as well as the interactivity between each products e.g. Sound bar and Televisions managed by 1 remote and additional features that are related to the type of user purchasing the Sony Electronic products.
